As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check at the warehouse to confirm availability. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We utilize appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of any information you may provide at our site. We use industry-standard, 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you've provided when checking out. Four Seasons Golf Shop is dedicated to ensuring most products are in stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply. Backordered items may be still available for purchase online and will ship as soon as they become available. For these items, we will be as accurate as possible providing delivery dates but please understand that delivery dates are approximate. To cancel a backordered item prior to shipping please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send 3-5 photos including multiple angles of the damaged area to email@example.com and we will help with filing and processing a claim on your behalf.
Please understand damage claims must be made immediately delivery.
Returns & Refunds:
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased you can initiate a return within 30 days for a refund as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. Orders returned for reasons other than a defective(upon receipt) are subject to a restocking fee (varies by manufacturer). TruGolf and Net Return sales are final. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for both directions and returning items disqualifies free shipping. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Beyond 30 days items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
