If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call customer service quickly to avoid return shipping fees. If the cancellation is received before shipment you will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our return policy(link) and will be subject to return shipping costs.
What if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos the day of delivery. We will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. We guarantee you will receive the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items damaged after receipt are not refundable from Four Seasons Golf Shop unless specified under manufacturer warranty.
What is the best way to place an order?
Online orders are processed the fastest. When you’ve found a product you would like to purchase and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Most items have the “Add to Cart” button next to the product and elsewhere on the page. You can choose to checkout from there or continue shopping.
When checking out enter your shipping/billing and credit card information and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

What happens after I place an order?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment for the purchase. Inventory of your item(s) is verified a second time and confirmed ready to ship. Your payment is authorized and shipping is processed. In rare cases of inventory miscalculation or back order a Four Season Golf Shop rep representative will reach out to you right away.
Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order has been placed changes must be made via email sales@fourseasonsgolfshop or by phone as quickly after the order as possible.
How soon will my order ship?
Shipping time varies depending on your product and which facility its shipping from.If your payment is authorized that means you order is in stock and it will ship within 5 business days. If you have not received your shipment within this time or would like an update on the status of your shipment, please email us at sales@fourseasonsgolfshop. We do everything we can to ensure your order gets to you quickly!
What if I want expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost on some products. Give us a call or email us at sales@fourseasonsgolfshop and we will be happy to review available shipping options.
Do you ship internationally?
If you are placing an order from outside the continental US please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. Four Seasons Golf Shop is not responsible for international shipping or any import/export tax or any other form of tax relating to international shipping.
